Now that Pieros is finally open (only Friday and Saturday) can a “normal” Vegas be far behind? It is not easy to get a great spot at Freddy’s Pieros but my friends are VIP’s and we were lucky enough to tag along to enjoy the amazing cuisine (Freddy told me to “get the sausage and peppers” in his gravely trademark voice…). My husband got the veal parmesan and it was enough to feed a family of 8! Everyone who is anyone was there the other night, including MARK DAVIS, owner of the billion dollar Raiders, who was holding court with casino owners, gorgeous blonds, and who knows who else. My husband actually had the guts to go up to Mark and ask him “when are you going to let the fans in to the new stadium to watch a game????” He replied that when ALL the fans can get in (due to pandemic rules) and not just a few select ticket holders, that is when it will open up. Sigh…you have to admire his resolve. I think he is a great guy and must have to put up with a lot of BS during these times!
