Kristin Martin trademarked this event after our 2002 Flavors of Orange County was a hit. She has taken this culinary adventure to a new high over the years. In 2021 the lucky charity was the Make a Wish Foundation. Despite the Covid restrictions (facemarks, social distancing, etc.) the event was a huge success. Held at the Bowers Museum for the first time we all had a chance to experience an outdoor setting that would have WOWED even the snootiest florist and foodies in Orange County! You can’t beat this event for wine pairing, silent and live auction, and funds raised for this worthy organization. The county’s top chefs have a blast and try to “outdo” each other.
