End of October…I attended my 30th Vanderbilt reunion.  It was so great that I am still living off the memories of the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt LOUNGE with country music hopefuls singing, fantastic food at the restaurants, Rombauer Chardonnay with my best friends and old college roommates; Sally, Anne, Beth, Lisa, Dabney, John, Keith, Terry, and especially my GREAT, smart nephew Justin!  He is playing rugby and hanging with my old frat Kappa Sig.  I got to see Amy Grant (in my poli sci class of ’82) and many more fun classmates.  The weather was cool, rainy, and perfect for this California gal.  I also took a jeep tour of my uncle’s ranch on Sunday and met his young girlfriend Jeannie (75) who home cooked me veggie soup and tuna salad.  Flew back first class and sat next to charming “Thrush” from the Hunger Games movie.  We drank Jack and Bourbon, chardonnay, and talked about Hollywood.  I owe him some Jack Daniel’s Honey Bourbon and I plan to make that happen.  Kathy
