Once again, a great time was had by all and we raised over $125,000 for Chapman University. Thanks to all of our donors, friends, and supporters.

Vanderbilt 30th Reunion in Nashville, TN
End of October…I attended my 30th Vanderbilt reunion. It was so great that I am still living off the memories of the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt LOUNGE with country music hopefuls singing, fantastic food at the restaurants, Rombauer Chardonnay with my best friends and old college roommates; Sally, Anne, Beth, Lisa, Dabney, John, Keith, Terry, and especially my GREAT, smart nephew Justin! He is playing rugby and hanging with my old frat Kappa Sig. I got to see Amy Grant (in my poli sci class of ’82) and many more fun classmates. The weather was cool, rainy, and perfect for this California gal. I also took a jeep tour of my uncle’s ranch on Sunday and met his young girlfriend Jeannie (75) who home cooked me veggie soup and tuna salad. Flew back first class and sat next to charming “Thrush” from the Hunger Games movie. We drank Jack and Bourbon, chardonnay, and talked about Hollywood. I owe him some Jack Daniel’s Honey Bourbon and I plan to make that happen. Kathy

Chapman University’s American Celebration

Noel and I attended the American Celebration gala a few weeks ago and here is the video. Thanks to Wells Fargo Bank for allowing us to enjoy the evening with the Maria Frances family, John Evans, Horatio Choi, and Jasmine Shodja. Adrienne and RJ Brandes co-chaired the event. Next year we all agreed we are upgrading the wine!!
Graham Nash Event
Graham Nash was the Celebrity guest at our latest Women of Chapman event. It was held at the beautiful HOPA Mansion in San Juan Capistrano. There were about 100 members and guests at the event and Graham (of Crosby Stills Nash and Young Fame) was absolutely handsome and wonderful! Many of us bought his latest book. Kathy
